Ingredients
8 pork and herb sausages, cut into chunks
350g jar Sacla Classic Tomato & Roasted Vegetables pasta sauce
350g dried pasta shapes
Handful torn fresh basil leaves, plus extra to serve
150g mozzarella ball, drained and diced

Ingredients

1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
4 x 100g spicy Italian pork sausages
200g potato gnocchi
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
2 tbs red wine vinegar
Pinch of sugar
2 eschalots, thinly sliced into rings
1 small head radicchio, roughly torn
60g baby spinach leaves
180g tub bocconcini (about 10 small balls), halved

Rigatoni with Italian sausage

It’s the first day of winter so what you need is something warm and hearty - this pasta dish is it!

Ingredients

4 (about 500g) Italian sausages*
2 tbs olive oil
1 Spanish onion, finely chopped
2 tbs chopped fresh rosemary
2 garlic cloves, crushed
300g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
2 small dried chillies, crumbled
2 x 410g cans diced tomatoes
250g rigatoni pasta
150g thick cream
150g parmesan, grated
